The cost of admission ($18) includes 1.5hrs of play in our creative play space and one FREE coffee/tea per ticket. Add-ons can be purchased to enhance your fun at any time.

It is highly recommended that you reserve your spot online as we have limited spaces available for all play sessions & workshops/events. However, space permitting, drop-ins are always welcome for any play session that still has space!

Sometimes kiddos just want to play, and that’s a-okay! Add ons such as crafts, slime, and bead bar can be included when booking your play reservation online or purchased on-site (while supplies last) whenever play just isn’t enough.

Have limited time or your kiddo just isn’t interested in playing in our creative play area? No problem. You can visit us any time during open hours to make one of our creative options without reserving online.

Yes. All participants will be required to sign a waiver before playing or creating, however, you will only need to fill one out on a yearly basis.

Yes! Memberships an be purchased online or in-store for you and your family members to enjoy unlimited drop-in play (by reservation).

You are welcome to bring in snacks or drinks and enjoy them in our designated food friendly areas. Please note that we are NOT a nut-free establishment, however, we ask that our patrons wash their hands after ALL snacks before heading back to the play area.

At this time, shoes are optional in our craft studio and play space areas. As a courtesy to others, please wipe your feet when entering, especially with the ups and downs of New England weather!

Our play space & craft studio is specifically designed for ages 2-8. Of course, you know your kid best so if you have a child over the age of 8 that would still want to play, they are welcome! Special events, classes, and workshops can be found for older kids and adults, as well as, young babies. Visit our calendar to view our upcoming events.

Yes. Changing tables can be found in both the men’s and women’s common bathrooms, as well as, diaper pails, for your convenience.

Yes. We have a few stroller bays in our check in area for our patrons that may walk to visit us or have a very young child, however, spaces are limited.

There is metered street parking available around Natick Center or a metered parking lot next to our building behind the Police station. Meters can be paid via the passport app using your mobile phone or by quarters.

Of course! However, please note that we will close 30 minutes in between sessions to clean and reset the space. At this time, you are welcome to sit in the bead bar area to wait for the next session to start.
